In May of 2023 I began my operation at the Skagit Valley Farmers Market hosted by Christianson's Nursery in Washington State. For five months my family and I served delicious and hot artisanal hand crafted pizza. The experience was positive and earning loyal customers was an amazing experience. I am sad to say that I will not be returning
In May of 2023 I began my operation at the Skagit Valley Farmers Market hosted by Christianson's Nursery in Washington State. For five months my family and I served delicious and hot artisanal hand crafted pizza. The experience was positive and earning loyal customers was an amazing experience. I am sad to say that I will not be returning to Skagit Valley but I will be continuing to make great pizza in San Diego mid to late 2024

When I first moved to Whidbey Island I had no idea that I was neighbor to one of the greatest flour producers in our country. Skagit Valley is a rich farm land that I was fortunate enough to make great connections with to help elevate my pizza craft to the next level.
